Our low price guarantee is very simple and straight forward.  If you should find another on-line web retailer selling the same exact product with the same features at a lower price, simply submit a link from that  on-line ad to sales@txtack.com and we will issue you an on-line coupon good for 110% of the price difference good towards the purchase of that product from our site.  We define on-line web retailers as permanent web sites engaged in the selling of retail products to individual customers.  Auction sites such as E-bay or E-bay stores do not qualify, nor do print advertising, sale catalogs or direct mail solicitations.  Links to sites that are no longer valid or to sales that have expired will not be acceptable.  Shipping costs are considered a component of sales price because many sites offer a low "teaser" price and then stick you with excessive shipping costs.  We will compare the total cost to get the item to you.

Tack Warehouse of Texas, LLC reserves the right to evaluate and validate every submission under this low price guarantee.  On-line coupon can only be redeemed for the product or products that qualified for the Low Price Guarantee.  The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to any other person or persons.  Coupon will have a expiration date of 30 days from date of issuance. Expired coupons will not be honored.
