Return/Refund/Damage Policy
If the shipment arrives damaged, please accept the shipment but have the driver acknowledge the visible damage before you sign for the delivery. If possible, take a picture of the damage before you open the box. Please contact us immediately so that we may file a damage claim with our delivery company.
We have a 10 day unused exchange/return policy on all our merchandise (Except on Saddles, or Special Orders/Custom Items-See below for Saddle Return Policy and Special Order Policy). You will need to contact us by phone/e-mail within ten days of receiving your order for all exchanges/returns for unused merchandise ONLY.
Before returning any package please be sure to check the following things:
1. All items should be packaged in the original packing.
2. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. We suggest that you insure the items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Your return authorization number should be written on the top of the box above the shipping label. We do not accept any packages at our P.O. Box Address without prior authorization, and we hold the right to refuse all deliveries without a return authorization number.
4. Please review the terms and conditions below before sending any merchandise to us.
5. All Authorized returns must be received by us within 2 weeks of issuance of the return authorization number. Failure to receive your return shipment within 2 weeks will result in your refund request being denied.

SADDLE RETURN POLICY: When purchasing a saddle from Tack Warehouse of Texas you are allowed 7 days for notification of return if the saddle does not fit the rider or horse. Return saddle immediately, unused, for exchange or refund. We stress that a full refund can only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean and shows no evidence of use. Sorry-No exceptions.
Special Orders/Custom Items: Sorry, there are no refunds for special order or custom items.
Terms and Conditions
All merchandise returned and found to be used is destroyed and no refund or exchange is issued. All merchandise without its original packing or tags will be charged a 20% restocking fee. There are no refunds for special order or custom items.
