       Return and Exchange Policy

Please read this entire policy, as several different situations may arise.


Received defective Jewelry - Every jewelry item is inspected before leaving our store. 
However, we ask that you inspect each item upon receipt. 
In the event you have received a damaged jewelry item, if you notify us within
2 weeks from the day you received the defective item, we will replace or repair that
item free of charge and refund your return postage.

Broken Jewelry 2 weeks after receipt of purchase - Crystal Creations will
perform repairs of broken jewelry for a nominal cost, which includes the cost of the
repair parts needed and return postage which runs approximately $3.50 for USPS.

Received the wrong item - In the event you receive the wrong item, upon our
receipt of that wrong item, we will send you the correct item and refund your return
postage.  However, we must be notified of the error within two weeks from the date you
received the wrong item.

Received the correct item but I changed my mind and want a different item

Custom Orders or Jewelry customized in color, length or metal type may not be
returned or traded in.
In-stock Orders - You may trade in your on-line purchased item in our store for
another same priced item, up to 30 days following your receipt of your order. 
In stock items may be traded in by mail, for another item of the same price,
up to 30 days following your receipt of the original order. 
However, you will incur return postage fees and additional postage fees for the
shipment of the new item.  Call our store 610-398-6692 if you would like to trade in
your purchase for a different item.

Received custom order item does not match my dress. -
If you chose your own colors we cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom order
items if you chose the wrong color.  If we recommended a color for you based upon
digital images and/or swatches you sent us, and the received item color does not match,
we will refund or replace your purchase.  We must be notified of any custom order problems
within two weeks from the day you received your order.
