Customized Jewelry Items Available

Every Item we have on our Web Site may be color customized.
Nearly every item may be customized by metal type as well,
(silver plated, gold plated, sterling silver or 14K gold filled).
Except for hoop earrings, every pair of earring may be converted
to clip-on for no additional charge.
Every necklace, bracelet and anklet may be made in your size.

If you see an item on our site that does not allow you to customize,
simply email or call us and we would be happy to assist you in
creating your unique custom order.

Preparing to Purchase Your Custom Jewelry

There are several things you should do before placing your on-line
custom order. The following list is an outline.
Additional information follows detailing each step.

1. The first step is selecting the jewelry style you wish to purchase.

2. Read the product information sectionto learn what options you will
    need to select, for example, it may tell you to choose one pearl and
    one crystal color.

3. Next, you will need to make a list of the sizes or lengths you will
    need. Either obtain the measurements or follow our sizing
    recommendations below.

4. Go to our color chart pages and find the color or colors which best
    match your dress. Write those colors down on a piece of paper.
    If you need help choosing colors, please read that section below.

5. Click to purchase your item, you will be directed to a Custom Order
    Form.

6. On the custom order form, select your color(s) and type in the sizes
    in the box as directed.

7. Choose the "Bill Me" payment option.
    Don't forget to provide us with a phone number so that we may
    complete the transaction. We do accept Personal Checks,
    Visa and Mastercard through the “Bill Me” option.

Selecting the Right Style Jewelry

There are numerous factors which go into selecting a jewelry style.
If you need help selecting jewelry styles, we recommend completing 
a Free Bridal or Prom Consultation Form.
You will be able to upload digital images of your dress(es).
When you complete a Consultation form, you will receive a response from our
Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours.

Choosing Your Colors

At Crystal Creations, we pride ourselves in being able to select the very
best color Crystal available for your dress. Selecting the right color or blend
of colors is an art. If we choose the color for you, we guarantee it will match,
or we will refund your purchase.
If you need help, we would be happy to assist you.
You may ask for assistance in any of the following ways:

Complete the free bridal or prom consultation available from this page.
You will be able to attach a photo of your dress(es) using that form.
    Or
Click to purchase your item, and for your color choice, select
 "I need help choosing colors." Then at the bottom of the form, you may
upload an image of your dress and/or send us a message letting us know
that you will be sending a swatch by mail. When you check out,
select the "bill me" option and provide us with a phone number.
    Or
You may purchase a sample set of jewelry and still qualify for bridal discounts.

    Or
You may order sample beads at cost to be sent to your home.

colors you would like to order and we will contact you with a price.

Choosing the Right Length

Ideally, you should obtain the measurements using an existing necklace,
bracelet or anklet and a ruler. However, it is not always possible to
obtain measurements when the item is a gift. When you don’t know the
sizes you need, it is best to let us assist you. Send us an email or call
our store 610-398-6692. You may also complete your order, letting us
know that you need help with sizes. We will call you within 24 hours.
When checking out, use the “Bill Me” option.  Extra large lengths do
incur a nominal additional fee. Extra small sizes cost less.

Custom Order Form

When you choose to purchase an order only item, upon clicking the Buy it Now
button at the bottom of your screen, you will be automatically be directed to a
custom order form. The custom order form will list all the available colors for
that style of jewelry. If the color you choose is not listed on the custom order
form for the item you selected, then it is not available. We are limited only by
the actual colors and sizes created by Swarovski.
